I built The Natura Method™ after years of training hard but feeling limited by traditional approaches. I didn’t want to choose between strength, endurance or skill (boxing and martial arts for me) – I wanted all of it to work together.

Through years of learning, failing, studying and real-world testing, I developed a system that builds Versatile Athletes, not just specialists. Strong, fit, skilled and capable.

You might see how I train over 20 times a week and think, “That’s not for me.” The point of The Natura Method™ isn’t about training that much, it’s about showing what’s possible when you apply the principles consistently. It’s about building a body that can handle anything you ask of it.
